Crush diary combines photos, videos, texts and objects. It dreams of the unattainable, and attempts to archive feelings in the form of pictures, notes, and journal entries in a desk drawer. In the exhibition, this material is rewritten from the privacy of the drawer to a public form.
Ronja Siitonen (b.1997) works with photography and video. She is interested in confessions, every-day dialogues, performance and humor. She has a new crush every week but she’s never been in love.
Siitonen has graduated from the photography department of LAB Institute of Design in 2023.
