'Kitukasvuja' is Nelli Pentikäinen and Tuuli Hakkarainen's Joint Exhibition, which depicts human life from its beginnings to its end.

In Pentikäinen's work, precise observations are combined with grotesque humor. The people in the works do not apologize for the pain, aging, or inevitable death of youth. The artist’s gloomy but funny vision and grip on life is reflected in the skillful works.

Hakkarainen's work includes a hilariously gentle description of humanity, growth and small everyday cases through various means of painting and sculpture. The characters in the works are barren and unadorned in all their affection, do not ask or answer anything as long as they are and live.

Together, the artists ’works, in their diversity, form an unbridled whole that they want to explore for a long time. So come and experience images of life and humanity, be prepared to question your entire existence and the rapidly flagging time of human life, photographed with the uncertainty of youth and the tight grip of a brush.
